Program Description
These 45-minute classes improve strength, flexibility, and coordination, which will help your child in any sport they pursue in the future.
Class sizes are small (1-6 ratio max) to ensure lots of individual attention towards learning new skills in balance beam, bars, vault, tumbling and trampoline.

Required Attire
Girls: leotard, gymnastics shoes (no tights), hair in ponytail
Boys: shorts (no buttons or zippers--elastic only), t-shirt, gymnastics shoes
